At 2,200 meters above sea level on the high plateau of Fallbichl, near the Großglockner High Alpine Road, you will find the “Ferienhaus” Römerhütte – Private Alpine Holiday Home. With a base capacity of 18 people and a maximum capacity of 25, the house is the perfect place to spend quality time with friends, families, clubs, and more. At the same time, the house is an ideal starting point to discover the diversity of nature in the Hohe Tauern. In the immediate vicinity of the house, it is possible to see a wide variety of different plants and animals. Wild, shy marmots sometimes even visit the garden of the house.

During the winter months, when the marmots are sleeping and snow covers the land, the holiday home Römerhütte is accessible via gondola lifts. The nearest ski lift is about 450 meters from the house and offers direct access to the ski area in the immediate neighborhood.

Summer: The “Ferienhaus” Römerhütte – Private Alpine Holiday Home can be reached by car via the toll road Großglockner High Alpine Road.

Winter: Arrival and departure to The “Ferienhaus” Römerhütte – Private Alpine Holiday Home is via the gondola lifts in Heiligenblut. You should arrive in Heiligenblut by 9:00 a.m. on the day of arrival.
