Traveling together with so many possibilities: A house where everyone finds their personal adventure
When several generations, friends, colleagues or clubs set off into the mountains together, a wide variety of holiday dreams collide: some are drawn to the three-thousand-meter peaks early in the morning, others enjoy their first coffee on the wooden bench in the morning sun. Almost everyone – young or old – looks forward to observing the whistling marmots up close. Others appreciate the refreshing mountain air and look forward to undisturbed evenings with deep, restful sleep as soon as the pass road goes quiet. Our concept takes the pressure out of holiday planning: We provide you with the entire house for exclusive use at 1,680 m or 2,200 m above sea level – what you make of it is entirely up to you. With us, no one has to decide: everyone follows their own rhythm and you determine the program yourself.
Year-round experiences – time for the group & alpine deceleration
Whether Alpine summer or winter days: at 1,680 m and 2,200 m above sea level in Heiligenblut am Großglockner, the house, garden and private sauna belong entirely to your group. Discover the untouched nature of the Hohe Tauern at your own pace, experience crystal-clear starry nights without any stray light and enjoy convivial evenings by the well trough or the crackling fire of the weatherproof barbecue hut.
Winter & snow magic – skiing enjoyment, deep snow & hut magic
Snow reliability up to 2,901 m above sea level with direct access to the Großglockner/Heiligenblut ski area: from wide carving slopes and a 15 km² free freeride arena to quiet snowshoe hikes directly from the house, everyone in the group will find their personal winter experience. In the afternoon, all tracks converge again – for cozy warmth in the private sauna and long evenings by the crackling fire of the barbecue hut.
Alpine summer & high mountains – national park, culture & mountain sports
A real summer retreat in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park: while it is hot in the valley, you can enjoy cool mountain nights and deep sleep with the window open here. Set off on hiking and biking tours straight from the front door, observe wild marmots, explore the free exhibitions on the Grossglockner High Alpine Road or use the hut as a base camp for high alpine tours up the three-thousand-meter peaks.
